How do WARDOGS roles work together?

Think in contributions rather than locked identities. Riflemen contest space, recon players provide information and ranged pressure, medics return players to the fight, pilots move people, and builders or logistics players make positions sustainable. A good team changes roles as the Hot Zone and its supply needs move.
